PetHealth documentation
PetHealth is a self-hosted web app for keeping your pets’ medical records: vet visits, prescriptions, lab results, vaccines, parasite treatments, weight and expenses, with reminders on the dashboard, by email and in your calendar.
It runs as one Docker container that stores everything in one folder (a SQLite database plus your uploaded files). It’s free and open source under the MIT License.
