Open My account from the menu in the top-right corner.

| Change password | Current password plus a new one (min 8 characters). Changing it signs out every other device. |
| Preferences | Currency for expenses. |
| Email reminders | Your email address, turn reminders on or off, Send test email. Needs SMTP on the server. See Email reminders. |
| Calendar | Create, copy, open, change or turn off your private calendar link. See Calendar feed. |
| Sessions | Sign out of all other devices, if you lost a phone or used a shared computer. |
Language and theme
Section titled “Language and theme”- Language: English or Español from the account menu (or on the login screen). Your choice is also saved to your account and used for emails and calendar events.
- Theme: the moon/sun button in the header switches between light and dark mode. It’s remembered per browser.
Default admin account
Section titled “Default admin account”A new installation has one user, admin with password admin123, which must be changed on the first sign-in. Additional accounts come from sign-up (ALLOW_REGISTRATION=true). There’s no separate admin panel: every user manages their own pets and shares them as needed.
