Pets & conditions
Add a pet
Section titled “Add a pet”Dashboard → Add pet. Only name and species are required.

| Photo | JPEG, PNG, GIF or WebP, up to 5 MB. You can also change it later from the profile (Change photo). |

| Species | Dog, cat, bird, rabbit, rodent, ferret, reptile, fish, horse or other. Sets the emoji, the colors and the vaccine suggestions. |
| Breed, birth date, sex | Optional. The age is calculated from the birth date. |
| Weight (kg) | Optional; it becomes the first entry of the weight history. |
| Notes | Free text: diet, temperament, handling tips… |
The profile
Section titled “The profile”The left column shows the pet’s vitals (age, current weight, last checkup, vaccine status), allergies & conditions, notes and actions:
- Edit profile
- Share summary: a plain-text health summary. See Reports & export.
- Printable report / PDF
- Export pet (ZIP)
- Share access (owner only). See Sharing.
- Delete pet… (owner) or Stop viewing (for pets shared with you)
The right side has one tab per kind of record: Checkups · Lab exams · Vaccines · Parasites · Weight · Expenses · Timeline. The button above the tabs adds a record of the current type.
Allergies & chronic conditions
Section titled “Allergies & chronic conditions”Click + in Allergies & conditions and choose:
- Allergy, e.g. Chicken, Penicillin, Flea bite dermatitis
- Chronic condition, e.g. Diabetes, Feline herpesvirus, Hip dysplasia
Add an optional since date and notes. Allergies are listed first, in red, and appear:
- at the top of the profile,
- first in the shared summary,
- in a highlighted box at the top of the printable report,
- in the timeline, on their since date.
Remove one with the × on its chip.
Deleting a pet
Section titled “Deleting a pet”Delete pet… at the bottom of the profile permanently removes the pet with all its checkups, exams, vaccines, treatments, weights, doses and uploaded files. Only the owner can do it. Export the pet first if you might need it again.
